CAN'T SYNC OR VIEW ARLO CAM

Here are some Arlo camera troubleshooting suggestions you can use if you are unable to sync your Arlo camera with the BaseStation or SmartHub:

  • Make sure there is no more than three feet between the camera and the BaseStation.
  • Look for the camera close to the base-station. They will connect more effectively the closer they are.
  • Check the battery life of the camera. Verify again to make sure the battery is not low.
  • Before you begin the sync process, add the base-station to your system.
  • Utilize the device settings to activate the base station. After that, your camera will find the BaseStation and establish a connection with it.
